A. A STATEMENT OF OUR VALUES

We at Weird Sisters LLC & Two Rivers Book Store recognize and respect intellectual property rights and are committed to fulfilling our moral and legal obligations with respect to our use of copyright protected works.

B. STATEMENT OF OUR OBLIGATIONS REGARDING COPYRIGHT

As a matter of moral integrity and adherence to copyright law, Weird Sisters LLC & Two Rivers Book Store sets forth these policies for all Staff Members and vendors: No Staff Member or vendor of Weird Sisters LLC & Two Rivers Book Store may reproduce any copyrighted work for sale in print, video or digital form in violation of the law. Works are considered protected even if they are not registered with the U.S. Copyright Office or any registering agency outside the U.S. and even if they do not carry the copyright symbol (©).

Copyrighted works include, but are not limited to: printed articles from publications, electronic articles in online publications, online videos, movies, TV and radio programs, recorded music performances, images, training materials, manuals, documentation, software programs, databases, websites and blogs. In general, the laws that apply to printed materials also apply to visual and digital formats such as websites, streaming media, music downloads, mobile apps, CDs and DVDs.

C. INSTRUCTIONS FOR HANDLING COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Weird Sisters LLC & Two Rivers Book Store expects its Staff Members and vendors to be responsible for refraining from committing copyright infringement. We also expect any materials created or sold to Weird Sisters LLC or Two Rivers Book Store to be free of infringement either through explicit permissive use or original works. If any staff member or vendor witnesses a potential copyright infringement, the matter must be immediately brought the attention of Weird Sisters LLC & Two Rivers Book Store. Staff Members who illegally duplicate copyrighted works may be subject to termination. Vendors who illegally duplicate copyrighted works may be removed from stock and all items may be returned for original purchase price at cost to the vendor.
